Project Engineer
LOCATION: South Central, WI
This position will be onsite at a customer location in southern Wisconsin. The project engineer will work with the customer as part of their engineering team. This is a good opportunity to gain experience with a large OEM on large engine design, manufacture, and testing.
Required Experience
Experience in releasing engine and powertrain systems through a staged product development process such as APQP, or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) or QFD environment
Familiar with and a working knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R and Quality (APQP, 8D, PSO, PPAP, et al)
Excellent communication skills required for frequent interaction with project team members, suppliers and clients
Comfortable with leading cross-disciplinary (Design, CAE, Dev't, Purchasing, Supplier Quality) teams
Bill of material development skills
Integrate with OEM's team structure
Able to multi-task, coordinate design activities with peers, clients and suppliers
Able to prepare summary reports, give recommendations and be an ambassador for CS Marine.
Willing to work onsite at customer location in southern WI.
Unique Skills and Experience Desired
Skills: Gant charts, time management, communication, client expectation’s management.
Be aware of budget constraints and communication of status
Capable and comfortable working on highly accelerated engine programs
Willing to work overtime as needed to meet critical program milestones
Preferred Experience
Large engine experience
Five plus years of experience and strong functional knowledge of internal combustion engine design. Experience of leading teams , checking work and releasing component design to a production environment.
Able to create stable parametric CAD models and associated part drawings with one of the top CAD packages: UGS-NX, Creo, SolidWorks, or Catia V5;
Assign appropriate dimensional tolerances to detail drawings

Marinette Machine is growing and searching for a motivated CNC Programmer for a new prototype machine shop.
Experience with a Haas VF7, Haas VF2, Doosan Puma, and Mori Seiki (Please, list machines worked on and programs worked with)
Desired candidate will have high energy and work well in a start up environment.
In addition, Programmer will be responsible for building and machine maintenance and store front customer service.
Some travel may be required.
